Annette Deanne Sagers Missing since October 4, 1988 from Mount Holly, Berkeley County, South Carolina
Vital Statistics Date Of Birth: March 16, 1977 Age at Time of Disappearance: 11 years old Height and Weight at Time of Disappearance: 4'8; 95 pounds Distinguishing Characteristics: White female. Brown hair; brown eyes. Marks, Scars: Sagers has a slight speech impediment. Clothing: Sagers was last seen wearing red pants, a red shirt and white shoes. Dentals: She has small gaps between her upper front teeth.
Circumstances of Disappearance
Sagers was last seen at approximately 7:00 AM on October 4, 1988 in Mount Holly, South Carolina. She was standing at the bus stop in front of the Mount Holly Plantation at the time.
Sagers disappeared from the exact same location as her mother, Korrina Lynne Sagers Malinoski, did in November 1987. Police found a note at the scene after the child vanished, which stated that Malinoski had arrived for Sagers and they left together. Investigators determined that the handwriting was indeed Sagers' own.

Tilwanda Denise Cheatham Missing since August 11, 1989 from Aiken, Aiken County, South Carolina.
Vital Statistics Date Of Birth: December 4, 1980 Age at Time of Disappearance: 8 years old Height and Weight at Time of Disappearance: 4'1; 70 lbs Distinguishing Characteristics: Black female. Black hair; brown eyes. Clothing: Last seen wearing a white shirt; red flower-print shorts; and tennis shoes. AKA: Tawana
Circumstances of Disappearance
Cheatham was last seen at her Aiken, South Carolina home on August 11, 1989.
She has a history of running away. She was angry with her mother, who told her she could no longer stay with relatives and must come back home. Cheatham ran into her mother's house and took some spare change from a jar, then left the residence. She was last seen by two neighbors at a convenience store at approximately 5:30 PM. Cheatham has never been seen again.
Authorities have investigated the possibility that she may have been living with relatives, but those theories have been cast aside. Cheatham was an honor roll student at North Aiken Elementary School in 1989.

Cathy Hicks Parrott Missing since July 25, 1992 from Tara Village, Florence County, South Carolina.
Vital Statistics - Date Of Birth: May 10, 1960
- Age at Time of Disappearance: 32 years old
- Height and Weight at Time of Disappearance: 5'8" (173 cm.); 135 lbs. (61 kg.)
- Distinguishing Characteristics: White female. Brown hair; green eyes.
- Marks, Scars: She has a scar on her left arm and also had a fractured arm at the time of her disappearance.
- Clothing: She was wearing a brown button down shirt and blue jeans, plus a Timex watch with a brown leather band.
- Other: Blood Type A-.
Circumstances of Disappearance
On July 25, 1992, Cathy Hicks Parrott was reported missing. She was last seen by her family at approximately 10:00pm on July 23rd at their residence in Tara Village in Florence, SC.
Cathy's vehicle was recovered on the morning of July 24, 1992 in the East Florence area after having been in a hit & run accident. A black male was seen running from the vehicle. The black male has been located but knows nothing of Cathy's disappearance.
It is not known what happened to Cathy. But, the circumstances of her disappearance are extremely suspicious and warrant the suspicion of foul play. Several intensive searches have been made to locate Cathy with negative results.

Shanta Marie Johnson Missing since July 19, 1992 from Myrtle Beach, Horry County, South Carolina
Vital Statistics Date Of Birth: January 3, 1989 Age at Time of Disappearance: 3 years old Height and Weight at Time of Disappearance: 3' 0" - 91 cm; 44 lbs - 20 kg Distinguishing Characteristics: Black female. Black hair; brown eyes. Clothing: She was wearing a navy blue shirt, white shorts and white tennis shoes with blue trim.
Circumstances of Disappearance
Shanta and her adoptive mother, Susan M. Johnson, visited Briarcliffe Mall in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina on July 19, 1992. Susan told authorities that Shanta disappeared near the toy department of the K-Mart store inside the shopping center during the afternoon hours.
A review of store surveillance tapes showed that Johnson entered the store alone, investigators said.
No charges were ever filed in Shanta's disappearance

Kaye Francis Reid Hamilton Missing since November 9, 1995 from Yemassee, Beaufort County, South Carolina

Circumstances of Disappearance
Kaye Hamilton was last seen near her home in the Jenkins Road area of U.S. Highway 17 near Gardens Corner. There were no signs of struggle, and she did not leave the area in her car.
Since her disappearance, Hamilton's bank account has been inactive and prescriptions for medicine she took have not been renewed, leading investigators to believe that she has come to harm.

April Irene Vlk Missing since September 12, 1991 from Hilton Head Island, Beaufort County, South Carolina.
Vital Statistics - Date Of Birth: April 14, 1954
- Age at Time of Disappearance: 37 years old
- Height and Weight at Time of Disappearance: 5'4; 160 lbs.
- Distinguishing Characteristics: Dark blonde hair; green eyes.
- Marks, Scars, Tattoos: Vlk's ears are pierced. Vlk suffers from back problems which require medical attention.
- Clothing: She was wearing a shirt and jeans.
- Dentals: Available
Circumstances of Disappearance
Vlk was last seen on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina on September 12, 1991. She stopped at a church in the 280 block of Seaside Villas while some of its members were having dinner. Witnesses reported that Vlk was crying and appeared terrified. She was barefoot and her feet were bleeding.
Vlk requested a piece of cardboard and said that she wanted to create a sign and hitchhike off of the island.
Vlk has never been heard from again.

Tina Marie Crouch Missing since April 3, 1991 from Gaffney, Cherokee County, South Carolina.
Vital Statistics - Date Of Birth: June 21, 1970
- Age at Time of Disappearance: 20 years old
- Height and Weight at Time of Disappearance: 5'2" (156 cm); 110 lbs. (50 kg)
- Distinguishing Characteristics: White female. Brown hair with grey streaks in it; brown eyes.
- Marks, Scars: Tina has a scar on the right side of her abdomen. Pierced ears.
- Clothing: Crouch was last seen wearing a light-purple jacket, a white blouse, blue jeans and tennis shoes. Earrings, necklaces and rings.
- AKA: Chris; Christina
Circumstances of Disappearance
Crouch was last seen in the vicinity of Jackson Street with a male individual. She has ties to the Maryland area.
Verifiable information was received that Crouch was sighted in Norfolk, Virginia, in 1997.

Todd James Massie Missing since June 16, 1992 from Myrtle Beach, Horry County, South Carolina.
Vital Statistics - Date Of Birth: September 5, 1968
- Age at Time of Disappearance: 23 years old
- Height and Weight at Time of Disappearance: 5'6"; 150 lbs.
- Distinguishing Characteristics: White male. Green eyes; blonde hair.
- Marks, Scars: He has a 5" surgical scar on the abdomen above his navel
- Jewelry: He may have been wearing a gold necklace at the time of his disappearance
Circumstances of Disappearance
Massie was last seen at a drive-up ATM in Myrtle Beach. A photo shows him making a small transaction at 3:00 p.m.
His vehicle was located in the woods June 17, 1992 in Sussex County, Virginia, approximately 5 hours from Myrtle Beach. The license plate was removed. Some personal articles were found in the car.
Massie lived in Akron, OH. at the time.
There has been no activity on his social security number since the time of his disappearance.

Paul Leonard Baker Missing since March 5, 1987 from Beaufort, South Carolina
Vital Statistics Date Of Birth: June 29, 1983 Age at Time of Disappearance: 3 years old Height and Weight at Time of Disappearance: 3'4; 40 pounds Distinguishing Characteristics: White male. Blond hair; blue eyes. Marks, Scars, Tattoos: He has scars on his right index finger and on his chin. Dentals: One of Baker's teeth was pushed into his gum at the time of his disappearance.
Circumstances of Disappearance
Baker was living with his father and stepmother, James and Susan Baker at the time of his disappearance. They have been arrested in connection with his disappearance. They were charged with assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature for allegedly beating him before he vanished March 5, 1987.
Susan Baker told police she put him down for a nap that day and returned to find him missing. Deputies and police searched the area around their home for several days but found no trace of the little boy.
After the disappearance, the couple's 6-year-old daughter was removed by state social workers who discovered broken bones and sores on her body.
Susan Baker was convicted for beating the girl and sentenced to 10 years in prison for assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature. Paul has never been found.
